Abstract When performing an image analysis pipeline, a programming language like Python is mainly used for two distinctive applications: (1) the of acquired images, such as background removal, noise reduction, object segmentation, measurements biological structures and events, etc. (2) data obtained result analysis, calculating histogram from noise-removed or statistics on shape segmented object.
